Thyme & Time Again is a family-run caterer based in Burnham on the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire border, led by chef Anthony Dadzie. We cook for weddings, corporate events, private dinners, BBQs and parties across London, Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and the wider Home Counties.
Every wedding menu is written for you. We start with a tasting, then plan the whole day with you: canapés for the drinks reception, a plated wedding breakfast, and evening food once the dancing starts. We use seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients and cater for every dietary need, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher.
Our own front of house team looks after table settings, service and timings on the day, and we can run the bar too. We are fully insured to £5m and hold Level 3 food safety, and we know many local venues well, including Hedsor House.
